If you are a registered user, you are required to provide your email address and password when you log in to our website. If you have a recurring donation or any other program under Christ On The Cross Ministries we may ask for information, which identifies you as a previous visitor and donor.
When you place an online order or make an online donation, you will be required to provide your name, email address, mailing address, contact number, payment card details and/or other information (e.g. special delivery instructions).

CHRIST ON THE CROSS MINISTRIES EMAIL LIST
Christ On The Cross Ministries has found that attractive, graphics-rich emails are a quick and effective way to inform our registered users and subscribers of new resources, clearance and special offer items, projects and events that provide opportunities to support our ministries. We maintain an opt-out, user-customizable subscription database of users who have requested to receive these emails. Every email provides an option for you to unsubscribe to such information.

For online Debit or Credit Card transactions under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiration date, and security code. All online card transactions are handled through our accredited secure payment bureau, PayPal, or Stripe. Our servers are encrypted with an encrypted SSL Certificates. What is an SSL Certificate? SSL Certificates are small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Both our website and store are 100% secure and protected with an SSL Certificate.
QUID PRO QUO
Christ On The Cross Ministries is a U.S. registered non-profit organization with tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. All our resources are quid pro quo gifts in appreciation for the donations received by the ministry.
Resource orders placed within our website are quid pro quo contributions, and the US Internal Revenue Service Code permits the amount you give to the ministry which exceeds the fair market value of the material(s) you receive from us to be tax-deductible. This fair market value will be shown on your receipt (where applicable) to assist you in determining the tax-deductible portion of your gift. This is applicable only for US residents.
RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you discover any defect in the item(s) delivered to you, please notify the ministry. You may return any defective item within 30 days of delivery (for US Residents) for a replacement (if stock is available) or a return of your donation, and within 60 days of delivery for donors residing outside of the US. Returns for minor cosmetic defects or damages caused by your negligence will not be accepted. If you receive any item, which you did not request, please contact us before you return the item.
Please note that returns do not apply for digital resources. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example, the link we provide does not work), please write to us using our contact form.
The ministry seeks your understanding that as funds received are allocated and expedited to expand the ministry’s broadcast programs and mission outreaches, the ministry is unable to return your donation once the transaction has been submitted.
Will I receive Tickets When I Register for a Conference or Event?
Yes! Once your order has completed an e-Ticket will be emailed to the same email address used during the registration process. You may also login to your account where you will have full access to all your orders, receipts, tickets, downloads and much more! There will be a Registration Table once you get to the conference, where your name will also be listed. That is where you will check-in. If you paid for more than one person, the number of registrations you bought will be noted.
Can I Get A Refund For Registration For An Event?
We understand you might not have been able to attend an event. Unfortunately, refunds are not available because we settle with the hosting church once the event concludes. If your request comes to us prior to the event, we may be able to offer you a refund or a product voucher. Please use our contact form to explain your circumstances and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
GIFT AMOUNTS FOR RESOURCES
Kindly note that the ministry only accepts payments using the modes of payment available on our website. The ministry does not provide any Cash On Delivery (COD) services and are not able to accept COD charges.
Gift amounts shown online will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. These gift amounts include delivery/postage charges and taxes (where applicable).
Although the ministry tries to ensure that all gift amounts quoted online are accurate, errors may occur. If an error in the gift amount relating to your order is discovered, the ministry will inform you as soon as possible, and provide the option of reconfirming your order at the correct gift amount, or canceling your order. If the ministry is unable to contact you, your order will be deemed void and your donation will be returned in full.
*Important: Orders sent to addresses outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. As these charges vary from country to country, the ministry is unable to provide you with any specific information on them.
Please contact your local customs office before completing the order to find out what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives. Please note that you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs authorities may require us to state the value of the order.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the “Submit” button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not the ministry’s responsibility and the ministry will not be liable to you or any other person for any indiscreet use of credit/debit cards.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER
The ministry reserves the right not to fulfill and to void an order:
In the event of obvious inaccuracies in the stated gift amount, expect that the ministry may fulfill your order at the correct gift amount. If the ministry is unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.
The ministry reserves the right not to accept or process your order(s) at our discretion. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of your payment card. If the ministry is unable to accept your order and your credit/debit account has already been debited, you will be notified and your donation will be returned in full.
YOUR USER LOGIN ACCOUNT
Please note that you are responsible for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is being used by any unauthorized person(s). By using the ministry’s website, you agree to release and indemnify Christ On The Cross Ministries. in connection with any unauthorized use of your user name and password.

The ministry will deliver the item(s) to the address you supplied upon placing your order. The ministry is not responsible for any failure to deliver the item(s) if you have supplied an incorrect address. In the event that the ministry has been supplied an incorrect address, and efforts to contact you have failed, the ministry reserves the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents at our discretion if they are returned. Delay in delivery & Non-delivery
The ministry will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of item(s) in the event that:
The issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us. The delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond the ministry’s control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, natural disaster, legislative constraint, strike, labor dispute or malicious damage involving employees; you have changed your address without prior written notice to the ministry. If you have changed your address or any relevant detail, please send the ministry written notice. Please contact us.
The ministry’s liability to you in the event of item(s) being lost in dispatch shall, at our discretion, be limited to either a replacement of the missing item(s) or a return of the donation.

Christ On The Cross Ministries may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We encourage you to visit our website regularly to stay updated of these changes as your continued use of our website indicates your acceptance of these changes.
In addition, by providing material on our website, we do not in any way agree that the material will remain available to you. Christ On The Cross Ministries is entitled to change, amend or terminate all or any part of the website’s contents, without prior notice to you.
Each order is governed by the prevailing terms and conditions displayed on the website when you place your online order. The ministry may change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before you place your order. The ministry will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you arising from your negligence to do so.
Although the ministry tries to ensure that images of all items displayed on the ministry’s online catalogues are up-to-date, images of the items may differ from the actual items. You are advised to read the description of each item carefully before finalizing your order.
Shipping and postage costs for orders from Christ On The Cross Ministries depend on weight, shipping method, destination and packaging costs.
Standard shipping to destinations within US/Canada can take between seven to ten business days from the time the order is placed.
Standard shipping to destinations outside US/Canada can take between twelve to fifteen business days from the time the order is placed.
